Refund Policy

Christ Fur Saddles and other Lambskin products are not returnable.

Tack must be in brand new, unused condition. You cannot return used girths, cinches or saddle pads. All returned or exchanged items must be in unused condition with all tags - no exceptions.

Saddles must be returned in 7 days of delivery and may be charged a $100 restocking fee and you will pay the shipping charges to return it to us.

Other items can be returned in new condition.

Special orders and close out items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. 

Halters - Snaps and clips are meant to break if a horse puts enough force on it, i.e pulling back at the hitching post or getting a rein caught on something and pulling back on it. If your hardware is faulty you may return it but if it breaks due to the force of a horse pulling back when tied or getting caught on an object the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement hardware and all shipping charges.

Horses are unpredictable. Please use all caution and common sense when working with horses and other animals. We are not responsible for misuse. We are not responsible if you or an animal becomes injured using our products. We will not be held liable for any damage or injury relating to the purchase and/or use of our products, nor will we be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. The foregoing is the entire warranty and no other warranty whether written or implied will be honored.

We discourage the practice of leaving halters on your horses when they are loose anywhere. Halters should be used as training devices and taken off when your training session is over. Knot Just for Horses and all involved will not be held responsible for any damage done to a halter or horse if you decide to leave one on in spite of our recommendations.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days after you return your item. Subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wilsonelisa@gmail.com and send your item to: PO Box 848 Kila Montana US 59920.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
